We carefully pack and ship all orders from our studio. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Delivery Times
- Belgium: 2–7 business days
- Europe: 5–14 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Plombir ceramics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. In the case of a return, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
