Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return or cancellation request through your account at https://shopify.com/100882121078/account. You will receive a confirmation of your request by email.

Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, the return process applies instead.

Returns After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
